• Appointments are expected to start on time.  Late arrivals means losing that time.

• Time Zone for appointment booking is Eastern Standard Time

• All readings are recorded and a copy is sent as a mp3 file.

• All sessions booked through the website are paid at the time of scheduling to secure the appointment.

• Sessions lasting more than one hour are prorated $25 per 15 minutes increments.

• An automatic confirmation is sent when appointment is made and you will receive a reminder email before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation policy:

• Rescheduling an appointment by either party, must be made 48 hours in advance.  I will make every effort to reschedule sessions that are made in a timely manner.
