I specialize in 1:1 Private Coaching designed for high-achieving women ready to trade burnout for boundaries. My core offering is a high-proximity mentorship program that bridges strategic action with somatic healing to help you reclaim your energy and your empire.
Boundary & Relationship Strategy: Navigating the withdrawal of breakups, dropping the rope on toxic dynamics, and building the structural boundaries required for healthy partnerships.
Sovereign Leadership: Rebuilding self-trust, regulating your nervous system, and stepping out of the PR Manager role to become the CEO of your life.
Somatic Integration: Utilizing my expertise as a yoga and mindfulness teacher to ensure your transformation isn't just an intellectual concept, but a deeply embodied physical reality.
-
Yes! You can purchase my ebooks, 'The Sovereign No,' for a self-paced introduction to boundary work and, ‘The Sovereign Void,’ an introduction on how to neutralize your nervous system after you set the boundary. However, if you are looking for personalized guidance, the best first step is a Discovery Call.
-
The first step is a complimentary Discovery Call. This is a 20-minute conversation where we discuss where you are now, where you want to be, and if we are the right energetic match. You can schedule this directly through my calendar or fill out the contact form to request a time.
-
I blend high-level executive strategy with trauma-informed somatic healing and deep spiritual alignment. With a background as a Director of HR and Operations, I understand the immense weight of real-world stressors and how to build structural blueprints for success. But as a trauma-informed Yoga Teacher and somatic practitioner, I know that logic fails if your body doesn't feel safe and your spirit feels disconnected. I don't just give you cognitive advice; I give you the trauma-informed tools and spiritual strategy to regulate your nervous system, clear survival responses, and lead yourself with true emotional sovereignty. I offer a deeply grounded, non-judgmental space built on lived experience—as a mother, a leader, and a woman who has navigated the void and built her own empire.
-
The best way to reach me is by using the form on the Contact Page or by emailing me directly at info@diananieves.com. I typically respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.
-
I believe in transparent, value-based pricing designed to meet you exactly where you are. While deep, sustainable transformation happens inside my comprehensive mentorship containers (3-month or 6-month), I also offer highly focused single sessions for immediate somatic resets and strategic triage. Whether you need a single hour to map out a boundary or a longer container to rebuild your empire, we will discuss the exact investment and structure that serves your current season during our Discovery Call.
-
Working with me is a high-level strategic and somatic partnership. My clients describe our container as a grounding anchor during the chaos of transition. I am here to hold the blueprint of your Sovereign self, even when you are still surviving the Void. You can expect:
Strategic Candor: I will lovingly but firmly dismantle the conditioning, trauma bonds, and people-pleasing stories keeping you in survival mode.
Structural Accountability: We will map out clear, actionable boundaries, and I will help you hold the line when the extinction burst hits.
Trauma-Informed Safety: A deeply regulated, judgment-free space where your nervous system can finally exhale. All parts of you—the executive and the exhausted survivor—are welcome here.
