• I specialize in 1:1 Private Coaching focused on Inner Mastery and Relationships. My primary offering is a personalized mentorship program designed to help you break cycles of self-doubt, deepen your self-love, and cultivate healthier relationships.

    • Relationship Coaching: Navigating dating, breakups, or strengthening current partnerships.

    • Inner Mastery: Rebuilding self-trust, emotional regulation, and confidence.

    • Somatic & Mindset Work: Integrating my background in yoga and mindfulness to ensure your transformation isn't just intellectual, but embodied.

  • Yes! You can purchase my ebook, 'The Sovereign No,' for a self-paced introduction to boundary work. However, if you are looking for personalized guidance, the best first step is a Discovery Call.

  • The first step is a complimentary Discovery Call. This is a 20-minute conversation where we discuss where you are now, where you want to be, and if we are the right energetic match. You can schedule this directly through my calendar or fill out the contact form to request a time.

  • I blend Strategy with Soul. With a background as a Director of Operations and HR, I understand practical, real-world stressors and how to build structured plans for success. However, as a certified Yoga Teacher and coach, I also bring a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. I don’t just give you advice; I give you the tools to regulate your nervous system and lead yourself with emotional intelligence. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space grounded in real life experience—as a mother, a leader, and a woman who has done the work.

  • The best way to reach me is by using the form on the [Contact Page] or by emailing me directly at info@diananieves.com. I typically respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.

  • I believe in transparent, value-based pricing. Because sustainable change takes time, I work primarily through comprehensive coaching packages (e.g., 3-month or 6-month containers) rather than single hourly sessions. This ensures we have the time to create real transformation.

    • Specific investment details are discussed during our Discovery Call so we can choose the package that best fits your goals.

  • Working with me is a partnership. My clients often describe our container as empowering, clarifying, and deeply supportive. I am here to hold the vision of your highest self even when you can't see it yet. You can expect:

    • Honesty: I will lovingly challenge the stories that are keeping you stuck.

    • Accountability: We will set clear intentions and I will help you stay true to them.

    • Compassion: A judgment-free zone where all parts of you are welcome.
